Roger Thedford
Roger began his real estate career in 1979 under the mentorship of Pat Zaby, with Zaby/Smith Realtors, in the Lake Highlands, White Rock Lake and “M” Street districts of Dallas. Roger was named Rookie of the Year; however, a major recession the following year forced him to return to the corporate world. Even then, he still followed real estate with a desire to return sometime in the future.
Over the next two decades in corporate America, Roger honed his skills in management, marketing, sales, industrial and residential security, project management, market research, business development, negotiations and contractual law.

Chad Thedord
Chad graduated in 2012 with a degree in Communications from The University of Oklahoma, where he developed his public speaking and interpersonal skills. After graduation, Chad worked inside sales at two major corporations, learning how to qualify leads and engage with customers to generate sales.
In 2015, Chad earned his real estate license and began his career with RE/MAX DFW Associates with his
dad on the Roger Thedford Team, recognized as one of the top real estate teams in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

Kathy Thedford
As a former educator for 34 years, Kathy has helped people with their single most important life investment, their children. She is now excited to begin this next season of her life helping people with their single most important financial investment, their home.
Being from a real estate family, Kathy is aware of the importance of attention to detail, knowledge of current market trends, strong negotiation skills and shear determination when helping clients through the buying and/or selling of their home. Additionally, she has lived in the DFW area for over 33 years, acquiring a keen sense of history and growth patterns of the area.
